Adelaide, Australia – Tasmea Limited, announced today its acquisition of Nobles, a leading supplier of lifting and rigging equipment, technical services, and engineering design in Australia. The acquisition will provide Tasmea Limited with a complete in-house engineering design team, electronics calibration laboratory, and big-lift division, strengthening its position in the mining & resources, oil & gas, waste & water, power & renewable energy, and defence & infrastructure industries.
