Future Engineering and Communication is an Australian-owned industry leader specialising in the Communications and Powerline sectors. We provide comprehensive in-house services, including Engineering, Design, Fabrication, Construction, and Management. With our head office in Western Australia and state offices in NSW, QLD, and SA.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Team Leader / Supervisor to oversee projects and lead a team across various remote worksites. The ideal candidate will have experience in Civil Construction, Steel Erection, and Telecommunication projects, and be committed to ensuring safety and project efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage teams on remote project sites.
- Supervise and guide workers on Telecommunication Construction projects, Antenna & Feeder installations, Steel Erection, and Civil Construction (including concrete, formwork, rebar, etc.).
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with industry standards.
Required Skills and Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the following areas
- Telecommunication Construction Projects
- Telecommunication Antenna & Feeder Projects
- Steel Erection Projects
- Civil Construction Projects (concrete, formwork, rebar, etc.)
Must have:
- Rigging Advanced
- Dogging
- HR Driver’s License
- C2 or Above
- First Aid & CPR Certification
- Tower Rescue Certification
Desirable:
- Excavator experience
- Skid Steer / Posi-track operation
